Ive been so stressed lately and i cant STOP eating AT ALL!!!?


its seems like the only way i can aviod and escape from all the dramatic things happening in my life is eating. I feel so fat, i dont have the motivation to exercise, but i have the desire like alot of teenage girls to be thin. BUT I CANT BE !!! I'm 15, i weigh 70kg and im fat!!! i want to do something about it but i cant stop eating and drinking and all. I'm sick of it all.. what do i do??

But the thing is, i cant open up to anyone. My parents and friends have figured something is up with me but i act like its all good, i cant talk to anyone about it, im scared and i cant open up. I feel as if the only way i can get my problem across is the internet because no one knows who Iam, what i look like and no one can judge me. I honestly dont know what to do anymore.

It is difficult and unhealthy to lose more than one or two pounds per week. There are 3,500 calories in a pound. If you eat 500 fewer calories per day for a week you will lose one pound. If you burn through exercise 500 more calories per day for a week you will lose one pound.

*2) Eat natural and organic foods found on earth versus something created by a corporation to make money. Eat meals in small portions throughout the day and take a good multi-vitamin supplement.

First of all, you have to get rid of the stress. Talk to your doctor about the best way to do this. Anything you can do to get rid of the stress will help, too.

you need to see your doctor first and possibly even a psychologist to help you deal with your stress and your inability to cope with it.

Why don't you try exercise? It is the best stress reliever I know of and, as a plus, it will really help you lose weight! You say you have no motivation, but I think if you actually try it you will be satisfied. You could go for a walk as a stress reliever, or if you do not want to leave the house, purchase a few workout DVDS.

if eating is your comfort method, try to eat foods that take longer to consume

Ex: frozen cherries or grapes

or do activities that are incompatible w/ eating

Ex: Preparing healthy alternatives for future meals, or baking - you can tweek the recipes to a low-fat alternative

before you know it, time will have passed from the last time u ate and its a great stress reliever
