Does chocolate & sodas really causes breakouts???

In my teenage years, I was told by a physician to avoid eating chocolate and anything with caffeine in it. He also told me to loose the drinks with caffeine as well. Now in my 20's, I still have these breakouts. I read on the internet that chocolate doesn't cause breakouts.

Soda maybe, but chocolate does not. Stress is usually the main cause for break outs. Hope nothings stressing you :-\

It doesn't. Only if the chocolate your eating has peanuts on it. Sugar is still not proven to cause zits. Just keep them in moderation.

i've heard that soda causes breakouts but not chocolate and my mom says watermelon causes breakouts too
