What kind of healthy foods can i eat? |
im a teenage girl and i just want to lose a little weight so what kind of foods can i eat, and like normal foods that other teenagers eat but more healthier. like what to eat for breakfast, lunch, dinners, snnacks . like eggs, what kind of cereal and chicken but i dont like fish, etc.. and i dont drink soda or fast food or anything Well, include more fruits and veggies in your diet. Cut back on the fat intake. You should include more veggies. It is a great thing to be a teenager who's able to control food like that :) Try shopping at the Natural Food Pantry. Anything they have there is healthy, and it tastes great aswell! |
