What kind of healthy foods can i eat?


im a teenage girl and i just want to lose a little weight so what kind of foods can i eat, and like normal foods that other teenagers eat but more healthier. like what to eat for breakfast, lunch, dinners, snnacks . like eggs, what kind of cereal and chicken but i dont like fish, etc.. and i dont drink soda or fast food or anything

Well, include more fruits and veggies in your diet. Cut back on the fat intake.

You should include more veggies.

It is a great thing to be a teenager who's able to control food like that :)

The main thing to put in mind is that you wanna eat protein, carbs, fiber...etc

Have green vegetables, almonds, egg, lean meet, fruits, olive oil. Porridge is also good. What you need to do is fill up your plate with alot of salad which makes you eat less of what's unhealthy.

Do work out, because it keeps your body healthy and away from alot of bad things like diabetes and blood pressure.

Drink alot of water, it helps flush out whats bad for your body.

Try shopping at the Natural Food Pantry. Anything they have there is healthy, and it tastes great aswell!
