How much would a normal 13 year old teenager have to take in everyday? (Carbs, sodium, sugar, etc.) It really depends on your height, weight, metabolism, activity levels... If you are often playing sports, you may need more carbohydrates and/or calories. Sodium levels should be low, but not too low.
