On the canada healthy living website i found out that teen girls aged 14-18 are supposed to have 7 servings of fruit and veggies a day, but i probably eat around 7-10 servings a day. Is that bad? Mind you I get all the other nutrition i need and i've ballanced it all out quite well. Should i lower the amount of fruits and veggies i eat per day? Thanks :) i don't think its too many! They recommend 5 but more wont actually hurt you, your body will only absorb a certain amount and then the rest will turn to waste. I think you are doing well.
7 is a lot to manage. Is enough. |
