Where can I find a list of states that have a high rating of mental health/education services? |
for instance- I know that Texas ranks at the bottom of the list for teen pregnancy, high school drop outs and substance abuse services. I want to know which states are at the top. A friend of mine jsut posted this on his blog,it is a rectnt rating of all states. |
