Why does it sometimes take so long to heal from illness? |
I'm 26, still relatively young and can't seem to bounce back from illness as well as I used to when I was a teen. Hell, I almost feel 50 the way I bounce back. Whenever I get sick now it always goes to my chest and always complicates, and I always end up getting asthma to go along with it, and feel all uot of it and strange. And that lasts several weks. I just really can't seem to bounce back to great health very quickly anymore. Even if your stress levels subside and disappear, can the effects be cumulative or take years to show? |
