Health diet for mainting/building abs (teen)?

I'm 16, 5'8", 120lbs, and i have pretty decent abs right now but im not sure how or what to eat in order to maintain them, or even make them better. I currently do situps and leg lifts 1-3 times a week at night but other than that i dont really do much cuz im not in sports or anything, or i forget. So if anyone could help me out by giving me some sort of diet plan or maybe an extra tip on something i can include in my workout to make my abs more cut. that'd be great! thanks

sit ups and leg lifts are good but jogging will help a lot too. i'm taller and heavier than you but i notice jogging helps me the most.
