Is masturbation good for health of teens ? |
i am 15 yrs old guy . i am in habit to masturbate daily . i want to know that is this good ? if this is bad ,pls tell me how can i stop this ? well when ever i asked the same question i always got the same answer as u getting here , BUT IT RUINED MY LIFE, Just a couple of times a week is fine. If you do it too much you will de-sensitise yourself down there. Masturbation is fine and perfectly healthy for teenagers and anyone!! It's not going to hurt you and you're not going to run out of sperm. Nothing wrong with tossing off, just don't get that goop in your eyes, it could cause blindness. It seems you have a lot of time on your hands and hence this activity. Generally teens do what you are doing ,but you seem to be doing it too many a times which might cause your penis to look crooked.Depending on which hand you are using. Doing what you are doing is not correct but acceptable & natural, you will become weak nurogicaly because you have to consentrate on some one mentally and physically help your self for gratification and only then you will have an ejaculation with satisfaction.this on the long run will stop your testicles from growing because you have used all the energy to satisfy your self. Make your choice and do what you feel is the best for you . You're 15, it's normal. A lot of people would tell you that it is normal and healthy - those are the people that masturbate. Masturbation is neither harmful nor very good for health. It is just another act like eating, urinating or brushing. Is Masturbation Normal? Relax! Masturbation at any age is a healthy way to relax and release pent-up sexual tension. It's certainly not a bad thing to do, and nothing to feel guilty about. Look at this link: it not bad for us, believe me i'm 15 and have been masturbathing for years now and all it does is satisfiy us After a certain age when your body starts to function like an upcoming adult even if you do not masturbate you are going to bring our the fluid in the bed with dreams! Decide which one gives you more joy. Nothing wrong in masturbating as along as you can get it long. It is totally normal and can be a good way to get rid of stress and tension. Enjoy yourself and don't worry - not unhealthy at all. everythin in life has its pros n cons but makin a choise b/w by calculatin the risk is the best way .......... it is normal, do once in a week, then concentrate in ur studies you are too young .toomuch is too bad I think people are unnecessarily giving you long long advices. Looking at your answer, once daily is okay. someday you may feel like doing twice so i put it as 8 to 9 times a week is fine. But don't exceed that. It is good for health Don't worry you are fine. Masturbation will not make you blind, will not desensitise you, will not make your penis crooked, will not make your testicles swell and wont make you a bad person. |
