Trying to find info on outgrown(enlarged chests)and found no answers. any health risks, way to correct it? |
Basically, I was sort of pudgey in my pre-teen years and started working out around age 15. As I was less and less chubby, I noticed that my chest bone stuck out more and more. I started doing some research over the internet and found ,really, no answers. Does anyone know of any places or sites where i can study more about it? Such as health risks/concerns and ways to correct it (estimates would be great). Regular doctors seem to know little of it and want to go off-topic when I bring it up. If anyone could help me that'd be greatly appreciated. Guess theirs no reply button here.. I have a buddy who had this. He ended up really bulked up and developed his pecs and you couldn't tell anymore. He never indicated that there was much of a problem, but you might want to ask your doctor to refer you to a specialist if you're really concerned about it. I think it's just a natural way your body looks and you're self-conscious. The common name is pigeon chest or pigeon breast. Not too rare. Check out this article below. |
