After 9 years harsh masturbating I am very unhealthy now.Suggest me a food style for better health. I am 24 M.

I started masturbating at the age of 15 and now at the age of 24 I am
not able to do it because of my very week health. Previously I was
doing a very emotional and harsh masturbating. By now I realized that I
should stop masturbating and look for my health. So I decided to take
fresh fruits daily and I do so. Even then my health is in very worst
position. My skin shrink like an 75 year old person, face and all parts of
the skin became dry, weight loss (only bones are there, all fleshes were
taken out by this habit), more hairs are falling down and just by doing
a small work I feel tired, and by now digestion became a very big
problem to me.
Also mentally I feel depressed, my mind asks me that can't you be smart
looking here after, at this teen age you look very old, so and so.
My query, what is the food style to be followed so I can
improve my health.
Also I have an ambiguity; if I get married will I am be able to satisfy
my partner and be able togive birth

See a doctor. you sound malnourished, eat plenty of protein, less carbohydrates and don't fill up on fruit.
Don't blame masterbation on your ills. Nearly every guy masterbates, and since it is essentially solo sex there is no reason masterbation would harm your health unless you are doing it like 10 times a day! You need to seek medical help, and not blame your health on your self-gratification.
As to getting married, you need to get healthy first. If you have a penis, I really doubt you can give birth, but take pictures if you do, you would be rich.

Woah...back up there.

I dont have to be a doctor to tell you that Masturbating HAS NOTHING TO DO with your physical health problems. It is unfortunate that young people thing these sort of untrue things...even AFTER they have taken several sex. ed. classes!

Go to the doc...thats the best answer. But remember, masturbating has nothing to do with the things you are describing.

this is crazy go to the doctors to day pulling your meat has nothing to do with this
