Need the name of the disease on Mystery Diagnosis on Health channel about weight gain, hormones, hunchback,?

I saw this episode on DIscovery Health channel about a woman who had normal weight until her late teens early 20's, then had huge, unexpected weight gain along with facial hair growth, a hump on her back, sagging chin, and no amount of excercise or dieting would help. It was diagnosed I think, as a hormone problem. What was the name of that disease? I have a friend with identical symptoms.

Cushing's syndrome.

Please don't diagnose your friend even if you think he/she has this disease. This is a very rare disease and there are other things that can cause these symptoms. Have her go to an endocrinologist. Good luck!

Cushing's Syndrome is a disorder caused by an excess of the hormone cortisol. Fat accumulates in the face, abdomen and upper back, often producing a characteristic rounded "moon" face and "buffalo hump". The arms and legs usually remain slender.

Other symptoms of Cushing's Syndrome include muscle wasting and weakness, thin skin, poor wound healing, easy bruising, purple "stretch marks" on the abdomen, menstrual irregularities, high blood pressure, glucose intolerance and hair loss in women.
