My multivitamin says take 1-3 daily does that mean take 1-3 tablets everyday?

Depending on how healthy your diet and skin are (you eat healthy foods? does your skin have acne?), you could take one if you are healthy, and take up to 3 per day total (one at breakfas, one at lunch, and one at dinner) if you don't eat right and your skin is a mess. No more than three per day!

However, before taking anything, you should call your doctor to make sure it is the right "medication" for you and to get the right dosage. You have to be careful with all of the different vitamins on the market.

i'd take the minium dose...as you can overdose on fatsoluable vitamins. not good.

but i'm assuming they're meaning to say take you can take up to three pills throughout the day. for example, one at breakfast, lunch, then dinner.
