A Teen that needs best exercises overall body fat?

I'm needing help lose 20-25 lbs. And I dont know any really good excercises to do.I want to lose it in about a couple of months. So i need a quick but safe way to do it. Does anyone have any suggestions to some good things to do??
Also with a diet that really works out for your health overall.

run every other day, if you cant run, walk briskly for at least 30 minutes everyday, eat smaller portions, eliminate breads from your diet, and incorporate some basic weight exercises to firm up your body as it looses weight this will not only make you loose weight but will shape your body look better, remember this is not one of those fad diet programs, this is a lifestyle change you have to make, you have to keep doing this if you want to keep looking good, goud luck to you, p.s. remember you have to really want it, the hard part is in braking the mental barrier and negative toughts.

if you want to be thin dont make it quick.

doing repetitive exercise is not the answer. you must change your lifestyle forever. Eat lots of fruit and vegetables and at least drink 3 milk glasses a day. Try and stay away from meat, for the protein eat bean products. Play a involving sport like basketball for 3 hours a day. You will lose about 9lbs doing this in 2 months. Remember, losing more than a pound a week is unhealthy and probably just water.

For diet, just try to watch your fat intake, and focus on whole grains, fruits, veggies, protein, low fat dairy products. For exercise, do what you enjoy, it will make it a lot easier, and it wont be like torture. Here are a few ideas:
tennis
soccer
running
hiking
oh drink lots of water. And I was reading someone elses, and dont stay away from meats, they are not bad, its just the high fat meat, but chicken breast and fish, and other meats are not bad. Just dont eat a lot of them, eat a healthy sized protion and you dont have to worry about it. And fish have good omega fatty acids, those are the good kind. saturated, and unsaturated, and trans fats are not good.
biking
walking
swimming
dancing
pilates, yoga, tai chi
taekwondo
shoveling

For the exercises to do, I'm probably biased since I'm a fitness trainer, but I would suggest hiring one at least to get you lined out on some things. As far as diet, there are some that work pretty well, the only one I typically advocate to my clients is South Beach. There is also one that trainers certified through ISSA are trained in, called the ZigZag program that worked reallly well for me. But your goal might be a bit more than your body will be capable of doing in a healthy way. 2 lbs a week is usually about as high as you can go, although sometimes starting out if you arent someone who has exercised consistently in the past, you might be able to lose a bit more at a quicker rate initially. Good luck!
