I am not aware of any re this location but for all tattoos there is the possibility of infection (your skin is the first barrier to infection and anything that breaks the skin can cause infection; also if the inks and needles are not properly sterilized or are not new sterile ones.) and reactions to the dyes or inks used.

some of the possible infections are MRSA (a severe, infection resistant to antibiotics - some times called flesh eating bacteria)

also hepatitis (B and C and any other forms that are transmitted via blood and body fluids) and aids are possible risks

always make sure the tattoo artist uses new sterile needles and inks - you might even insist on seeing the containers being opened and seeing the words sterile or sterilized on the packages or container they come in
