Can tattoos cause cancer? |
Can tattoos cause cancer? No. There is no scientific documented evidence or any type of studies that have determined that tattoos cause cancer. More likely this is a rumor, hoax, or urban legend. No who told you that? It can cause AIDS HIV not cause cancer i guess your asking if it causes skin cancer To clarify the above answer, tattoos in and of themselves will not cause aids or any other disease. The use on shared needles and unsanitary conditions in the tattoo parlor can transmit aids and other diseases. No!! no only blood poising hun I asked the same question a while ago, I wanted the names of my angel babies on my arm but had Pagets & breast Cancer (full mastectomy) 4th year suvivor now, I was really worried but sooo wanted the tattoo so asked both my oncologist & the surgeon & they both said that tattoos have never been proved to cause cancer, obviously you need to make sure its a good tattooist, for health & safety reasons. I have 4 tattoos now & love them but wont go for more no! i have 5 tattoos but i don't have cancer and if they might be the cause of any cancers i'd not have had them done. no it can cause hep c but not cancer as far as i know No. No a normal tattoo cannoy cause you cancer. However The new UV Tattoos are not 100% not to. There is still research going into it. I asked my tattooist if he would do one for me and he said no because of this! no. well....like, if u go to the tatoo parlor and there is sum1 getting a tatoo and then they finish and u sit to get ur tattoo done and the tattooist(i guess) uses the same needle that he used on you....then u might get HIVs or AIDS. its cuz lets just say that the person who went before you has a blood problem ao has HIV or any other deseeses it can transfer into your system. but if the tattoist uses a brand new needle on u then there is no way u can get cancer(skin cancer). so dont worry if the tattois used a new needle on u! hope this helped!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! =) NO Modern tattoo inks are very inert and safe. Yes, they can. Badly done tattoos can cause Hep C. Hep C can cause liver cancer in some cases. There isn't much rich though if you get a tattoo by a professional |
