Tanning tips? |
how can i get a really dark tan...? what types of stuff should i do before tanning, during tanning, and after tanning to get a really good tan..? where is the best place to tan? if you want a really nice tan you have to be prepared to work at it, go to the beach andf lay in the sun:) dont go to a tanning bed thats the worst thing to do just lay out and put tanning oil on while tanning is fun and seems to be a popular thing to do, it is seriously hazardous to your heath. Not only can you get skin cancer later in life, you can get spots on your skin as well as more wrinkles, wrinkles that could have been prevented by not tanning.... and is that really attractive? if you still are going to go tanning or if you plan to be out in the sun, i would recommend you to wear sunscreen, and also, it is actually worse to go tanning in a tanning bed than outside because of all of the risks with UV rays and everything. While you may think that tanning is a good idea now, you may truly regret it later. For more detailed info on sunbathing see "fat loss tips" on below site. After sunbathing wash off the cancer causing chemicals you sweated out. At first do only enough to get a mild, slight sunburn. In Northern Hemisphere the brightest day is June 21. unless you want skin cancer and ugly wrinkles early some of my friends have them now and they are very young I would stick to the the lotions that have a tanner in them! A tanning salon is faster, easier and you can control how much UV Rays you are getting. Use a good lotion, such as Spellbound by Designer Skin, use a very good after tan moisturizer such as Total Immersion by Cal Tan and make sure you drink lots and lots of water to keep your body hydrated! I've always had luck with tanning accelerators. Just apply all over your body every day for 3 days prior to tanning. OK u should start off going to a tanning salon its the best way to get a dark tan with minim burning. usually it takes a normal person 4-6 weeks to get a dark tan, go two days in a row then skip a day and do this 4 the first 2 weeks. also i suggest using a tingle and a bronzer lotion for the best results |
