Supra ventricular Tachycardia? |
I was rushed to the ER in 2004 with a heartbeat of over 200 beats per minute. They had to give me 3 shots of something in my IV to slow down my heart rate and had the "crash cart" ready. My question is: due to this, I was diagnosed with Supra Ventricular Tachycardia. I was told that I had a heart attack, but if they called it SVT, was it really a heart attack?
