I am very thin but just cuz im thin doesnt mean im healthy! I have at least one unhealthy treat (dessert/candy) type thing a day. I dont know if most people do. and also...running? because i have tachycardia is it bad for me to run!?!?! i love to play sports and i do have alot of problems breathing when i do sports but is it really bad for me 2 run w/ tachycardia?

i have low blood pressure.. good low blood pressure. my blood pressure is very good and i am very thin....not too thin. im a good weight. 14, 5'1, 89 lbs if tht helps

How fast is your heart rate? If its just barely above 100 then sure go ahead and have some fun, if on the other hand its like 150 or better, get a check up.

i wouldnt advice running for any one with tachycardia,, you should consult your doctor and maybe get a stress test to see how far your heart can go when in a raised state.. and having a sugary treat a day isnt going to kill you,, the running might...

It really depends on a lot of other things, and on the health of your heart. You need to see a doctor to find out why you have tachycardia. You could also be too thin. There are many reasons that cause a fast heart rythm and what is bad for you will have a lot to do with what is causing your fast heart.
