My Systolic is 133 and diastolic only 59 im worried, in 24, 145lbs with occasional tachycardia, can u help?

I have had tachycardia associated with random drops in my BP , my heart rate when i get a tach attack has been up to 150, this has made me very anxious and i now have panic attacks because i am scared all the time, i am taking 2, 0.25mg Tafil a day but can you advise me, the doctors say it is made worse by my high anxiety but its really difficult to remain calm, it feels like i am going to pass out, my partner is at work all day and i am alone in the house so i worry.please can you offer me any advise my average BP is around 140 over 75. Thanks again.

First, I would check with the doc to see if there are any things like mineral supplements that would help stabilize the BP and heart rate.

Second, I would try to deal with the panic issue. You should recognize that both the BP drop and panic feelings are not a real threat - they are just weird feelings. Your blood pressure is not low enough to cause any serious medical problems, other than hitting your head on something if you pass out. Panic attacks are really just a normal 'fight or flight' response, to anxiety.

When you worry about the feelings caused by the BP drop or a panic attack, it increases you anxiety, and you get stuck in a vicious circle. The feelings won't go away, but people can learn to cope with these feeling without reacting to them. The attached link give an overview of one approach:
