I have tachycardia (racing heart), is there something that can suppress appetite with out a heartattack?

I want to lose weight and already work out, walk, etc. But just want something to ease the appetite...

You dont need to take stuff, just eat when youre hungry. Make sure youre eating right though. Have a piece of fruit or raw veggies. Drink lots of water in big gulps and chew all your liquids before you swallow. It tricks your body into thinking your eating and your brain thinks youre getting full. Good luck.
