Balance problems and dizziness after tbi?

I took a blow to the face about 18 months ago I still have alot of dizzieness and balance problems. I went through vestibular training for about a year without success. Anyone have any ideas?

Yes. Youi need to go see a neurologist at a teaching hospital.
Vestibular training is rarely done correctly, and doesn't help many balance issues after trauma.

if the answers to any of these two questions are yes, I would even consider going to an ER room TODAY if possible:

1. Have you noticed trouble seeing in the dark since the blow to your face?
and
2. Does your dizziness increase with acceleration/motion?

If you just have dizziness when you move your head side to side/up and down, you can probably wait to schedule the neuro appointment.

Good luck to you.
