Head injury from a car accident?

Here in windy city chi a snow storm caused my car to spin dangerously out of control. Although i didnt hit my head nor crash into anythin my lower head and neck has been hurting. Is it possible to have a tramitic brain injury (tbi) from not hitting one's head in an accident. should i go to the hospital?

yea sounds to me that you tenced up spinning out of control and you got a form of whip lash... i think your just worrying yourself, but you should go to the hospital if it's really bothering you... because you never know and i'm not a doctor

hey there is shaken baby syndrome, so sure there can be but it's doubtfull, pluss you seam totally conherent and alter, considereing the fact you got on here to askl this question. Further pt with serious injuries have a feeling of impending doom. Which you probably don't have considereing the fact that you are online and not at the ER
