My TB shot itches? |
I got my 2nd part of my TB (tuberculosis) yesterday and now its itching does that mean im TB+ my last results were negative. Im worried please help Common reaction to the pruified protein derivative that was injected just under your skin. Don't scratch or rub. Take Benadryl. MiNE iTCHED TOO BUT iT GOEs AWAY..MAiBE YOU SHOULD WAiT AND iF iT DOESNT GO AWAY iN A COUPLE MORE DAYs THEN GO TO YOUR DOCTOR..DONT WORRY YOU'LL BE FiNE..GOODLUCK.. No, it does not. It's not unusual for it to itch. The size of the bump in three days will tell you if you've possibly been exposed to TB, not necessarily that you have TB disease. Go back and see a nurse three days from the time you got the test. Check with your doc. No, it doesn't mean that you have TB. |
