Syphilis???

I have never had unprotected sex, but for some reason i have 3 red puss filled dots in my genital area. And i was wondering if it is syphilis and how to get rid of it???

syphilis would usually present with one large sore called a primary chancre, but is curable with penicillin. Get checked out by a doctor.
