Syphilis Cases, know any?

Does anyone know any cases of Syphilis? As in with complete history? Like Family history of the patient, health practices, etc. It's for our Case Presentation in Microbiology and we need to have a case to study. If ever you have any ideas or know about it, please do answer. Anonymity about the cases is a must (ex. Mr. X went to a doctor, etc. etc.) Thank youuuu :)
