Does this sound like syphilis???

ok so i had unprotected sex about 1 1/2 months ago it wuz only litteraly 2 min long n then about 2 days later i got extremely itchy. my mom said she gets it after sex if she duznt use the rest room rite away so she get me and ointmen and i used it and it when away about a week later it came back but not soooo itchy and not as much but i have had it ever sence that day but now the ointment isnt working and i dont know if its syphilis or not because i have looked up every other posible thing it could be and i found nothing and so far it matches it the most....red acne like bumps, extreme itching, a little sore when i wipe sometimes, but the bumps i have had before this so i dont know if i should use those as part of it. does this sound like syphilis????

go to the doctor as soon as possible and don't have unprotected sex with anyone else until you do. best of luck to you.

if you don't know..go to the doctor or health department. most health departments will do blood tests for free. you may also have a yeast infection, but that usually doesn't involve red bumps..if you're worried about going to the doctor try using a monistat treatment for yeast infections & see if it helps..if you still have it, GO TO THE DOCTOR!!

No, it is not syphilis. It is actually a common type of infection something like a staff infection (i.e. like a jock itch). If you go to a doctor he will probably prescribe some antibiotics and it should clear up.
Syphilis is far more symptamatic and usually takes about a year or two to manifest.
Best bet is go to a doctor that is what they are there for.

sounds like herpes, go to the doctor and get tested, next time. get tested then have sex.
