Is a Cri-du-chat-syndrome has a part of the chromosome deleted or have a missing X chromosome?

i have search the internet and have given different answers.

Cri-du-Chat is associated with a deletion of much of the short arm of chromosome #5. This is sometomes referred to as 5p minus, the genetics shorthand for describing this deletion.

A lack of one of the X chromosomes results in a condition known as Turner's Syndrome.
