Nero Cardiogenic Syncope.....?

I have recently been diagnosed with Nero Cardiogenic Syncope after years of being misdiagnosed as having hypoglycemia. I have always felt extremely tired and thought, with good reason, that it was just low blood sugar. I was doing all that I was told for little pick me ups. They never worked. Now that I have been properly diagnosed, I am wondering if there is anything out there that can help with my constant bout with fatigue. Any ideas other than more sleep, super vitamins and mega energy boosters??????

yessss! you should have mental rest and relaxation sessions would help.and take me as the best answer!
