I have neurocardiogenic syncope. Any recommendations on how to exercise without passing out?

Have you asked your cardiologist what he or she suggests? The water aerobics thing is a good form of exercise but what was to happen if you passed out...in the pool?! Good luck to you!

why don't u try water aerobics u r buoyant and not stressful and u can have a trainer present. I have to do water aerobics due to breathing and oxygen level problem and weight problem(obesity) and can't be on my ankles to heavy so try this may work for you. May take a little longer for results but look into it.
