Could you tell me about vaso vagal syncope please?

This is a reaction usually caused by something fearful - the sight of blood is a common one causing people to faint. Its nothing more than a sudden drop in blood pressure due to an irregular heart beat. The exact physiological mechanism isn't known - tons of info at the link:

Vasovagal syncope is fainting secondary to a fall in the heart rate (bradycardia). This is caused increase in the vagal tone.
They are caused by gagging, valsalva maneuver, sometimes coughing among others.
