Swollen glands!!??

so a few days ago i woke up with a SEVERE sore throat. I went the the doctor that day cause it was so bad. He did a test and said it came up negative for a sore throat or whatever and that my gland was actually more swollen than my throat. He didn't give me any meds and told me if it still hurts a week later come back cause it might be mono. Well its about 3 days later and the pain is UNBELIEVABLE i slept about 2 hours last night, at night the pain is at its worst, i can't swallow at all. it gets to the point where i spit into a cup to avoid swallowing..anyone have any suggestions on what to do to lower the pain? i've been taking tylenol and vitamin c and drinking hot tea but nothing seems to help..anyone else ever experience this before ??

oh and my boyfriend is in the army and he comes back in 2 weeks! he was away for 4 months and i'm reallllllly hoping this will pass by then. if i have mono how long will i be feelin this sick?? how long is it contageous for?

The lymphatic system is the "other" circulatory system that carries the germs, dead cells, etc. out of the body. You have many lymph nodes that can get clogged and when this happens they can swell up. You may even have a tonsil issue that is causing the sore throat. Tonsils usually shrink and dissolve away as you age.

Any Anti-inflammatory drug like aspirin, tylenol, etc. will stop the body's normal immune system response and cause the problem to drag out much longer. It interrupts the pain response in the body and you feel better, but causes huge delays in how the body responds to the infections. Do NOT run to the drug store and buy the garbage you will find in the death row aisles.

To get over the problem quickly, you need to boost your immune system into high gear. There are some foods you can eat that will help, but to make the immune system go full speed, you need to supplement it with some nutrients that are biologically very active from once living sources.

Get some fresh grapefruits, about 3, and squeeze the juice into a glass and drink it. Grapefruits are the highest concentration of Quinine in any food. Quinine is a great infection fighter. Pumpkin is very good for you. It is very, very high in carotene that is great for the immune system.

Now, go to: www.healthline.cc (not .com) and read about Nucleotides, allicidin, and oleuropin, etc. and then call them at: (310) 320 - 1123 and order the following:

Nucleotides --- take 2 every hour you are awake for a few days.

Allicidin --- take about 8 of these per day.

Oleuropin --- take about 10 - 12 of these per day.

Colostrum --- Get the powder and take 1 tsp in the morning and 1 tsp before bed in some juice.

Coral Complex --- Take 5 of these in the morning and 5 before bed at night.

Since you have had this problem for a few days, it will now take about 2 days to start feeling better and then 1 more day to be completely over the problem.

This really works because it is using your own body's immune system to solve the problem. Each item listed above has a specific thing it resolves in your body to nourish the cells and allows your body to take care of the problem like nature intended. Have you ever heard of anyone being deficient in drugs?

By the way, Ascorbic Acid that is being sold as Vitamin C is just a chemical activator from synthetic sources and will not even cure scruvy. Don't listen to the doctors telling you that vitamin C as ascorbic acid will help you. It will only help a little at first, but then damage your DNA.

I know the amount of capsules listed above seems like a lot, but you need to overwhelm the body with these nutrients so they can fill some deficiencies. These are not medications or drugs, but nutrients that nourish the body, so the long term affects will be beneficial with no side effects, etc.

good luck to you

First, I would suggest you find a new doctor.
Secondly, where there is pain and swelling involved it is clear indication of an infection. I doubt Mono has anything to do with it.
It does sound more like a Strep infection, which can be serious if left untreated.
Once you are on a regiment of antibiotics you should be fine in about ten days or so. See another doctor.....NOW.
Good luck

This might help you until you can get back to the doctor. Mix 50% hydogen peroxide (the kind you buy at Wal-mart) and 50% water, or mouthwash. Gargle 3 or 4 times a day. Stop drinking milk and milk products.

IF YOU ARE INTERESTED TO HAVE HOMOEO TREATMENT THEN:CAN TAKE HEPAR SULPH 200 , 2 DROPS MORN ,2DROPS IN THE NOON AND 2DROPS IN THE NIGHT OVER THE TONGUE FOR 3 DAYS AND SEE THE MAGIC.
