Swollen Glands? |
I have a lump under the left side of my jaw (almost feels like a marble or something...you cant see it, you can only feel it). When I touch it, it has a little pain almost like how a bruise feels. Does this sound like a swollen gland? I never had them before. Do they go away on their own or do you need medication? I have had a sore throat so I dont know if its from a cold. Thanks for all the help. Glands do tend to get sore and swollen when our systems aren't totally healthy. The cold is probably causing it. sounds more like a blocked saliva duct. It should go away in a few days if it is. But I suggest that you see a dr. Yes, it sounds like a swollen gland. You might need antibiotics to get rid of the infection, if it doesn't start to go away on its own in a couple of days. |
