Swollen glands in neck and tight throat? |
About 4 weeks ago i went to see my doctor becasue i had a dental abcess and the feeling that i was being strangled,my throat was really tight,and i couldent see the dentist for a few days,the doctor gave me anti-biotics and i had a blood test for goiter,the test showed nothing wrong and after a few weeks the tight troat went,i saw my dentist and she said the abcess had healed,but now i have the problem back,my glands in my neck are swollen and my throat is very tight,but it is in a different place,closer to my jaw,does anyone know what this could be???,it seemed to be the dental abcess causing it before but the dentist said its ok and healed up. I don't know,but my throat swells up sometimes to and my doctor told me it was my lymph nodes...He said that sometimes they swell if you are ill with cancer or some other serious illness,but he took a blood test and said it was nothing,so I really don't know why...Maybe try a different doctor... Please go to your doctor or dentist for a proper disnogsis. it sounds like an infection of some kind. that's why the antibiotics worked the first time. go back to your doc to get an exact diagnosis. |

You should go see a doctor. Maybe you have a really bad sinus problem ...Acne is painful when it gets to sensitive areas of the body, but acne doesnt cause the glands to be swollen, it could be an allergic reaction to something ... You need to see your gynecologist and have a mammogram to rule out cancer, because breast cancer does affect the lymph nodes at times. I don't see how cutting your arms has anything to do with... yes tonsils ...Glands that swell can be normal, an indication that your body is fighting an infection. But the swelling itself can mean something, so please do yourself a favor and see a doctor. I had swoll... You need to have this checked!!! What they will do is a Cat Scan just to make sure you don't have anything major going on. Lots of times your lymph nodes will swell up due to a cold or illness... Could be a localised throat infection or possibly Glandular Fever. Go back to your Dr and tell him you feel terrible and can't cope. Ask what he thinks it is, ask him about Glandular Fever. Pu... I don't know of any glands down there. You may have a rectal fissure, tear. If feces gets into anything in the rectal area that is raw, you can get a horrible infection. If you, or he, ... |
