Swollen groin glands maybe????

I have two small lumps on either side of my groin area. They are painless and moveable, almost in long diagonal fashion. I noticed them probably about a year ago. I did lose 60lbs and never noticed them before. I have tried researching this and keeps coming up with HIV and cancer which now I am terrified. Are the swollen glands associated with HIV painless and moveable? Or cancer?? What could cause the symptoms I have?

It is normal to be able to feel lymph glands in your groin. They should be about pea sized but usually slightly elongated. If you were overweight before, you might not have noticed them.

If they are larger than that, they may be swollen and you should let your doctor check them out.

If you aren't sure why you've lost 60 lbs (for example if you haven't being trying to lose weight or haven't changed your diet and exercise pattern) you should discuss this with your doctor too.

the glands doesn't look to be benign, if you have lost 60 lbs, go for complete medical check up. you will kill yourself with anxiety , not by HIV or cancer. HIV has generalised lymphadenopathy, lymphnodes in groin, neck, underarms everywhere, cancer lymph nodes are very hard.
lymph nodes appear in some other diseases also, like abdominal tuberculosis.
go for check up without getting scared, thats the best for you

idk but I think if that's what u found out u should see the doctor and get the full std check up and tests.
