What are swollen glands From? Think have Thrush? |
I have slightly swollen glands and the back of tounge is whtie. NO sore throat or anything just a little white coating on back of tounge. On spots or redness. Have taken bactrim for UTI ? Anyone expiercing/ have expierenced same syptoms? help? NO std! First, can you scratch the whiteness off? Swollen glands usually mean an infection. Our glands basically clean our bodies of bacteria, when they are overwhelmed, they get swollen. Could be strep throat. Go to the doctors. If I understand correctly that you have been on a course of antibiotics you no doubt have a mild yeast infection on your tongue. Antibiotics also destroy good flora and allows yeasts to grow.
