How do I cure my ear ache?I think it is just swimmer's ear.? |
my ear has been hurting all day and the outside of my ear is swollen but it hurts on the inner ear.it has increasing pain. is there any home remedies? It's bacteria and you most likely need an antibiotic you can take some motrin and sleep elevated - try warming a small amount of peroxide and put some in the ear (very little) and then empty it out in the shower or sink - Sweet oil and you can't go wrong. Pour it on a cotton ball and stick it in there and don't mess with it all day and watch the results. It sounds weird, but I have been doing it since I was little- lay down on your side, and have someone pour some peroxide in your ear- It wont go all the way in, don't worry, then hold a towel next to your ear so it doesn't drip on you, it will feel really weird, but it really, really helps. Don't take it out until it stops bubbling, then, hold the towel/washcloth to your ear, and flip your head over so it drains out. Hope it feels better! Have a great day! |
