Is it still healthy to put artificial sweeteners in drinking green tea? |
I know that drinking green tea is good i just want to know if it will not affect if i'll put artificial sweeteners like equal or splenda. Artificial sweeteners have been thoroughly tested and are quite safe. They won't interact with the tea. artificial sweeteners are Toxic, kid. Don't use them. I believe artificial sweeteners are not healthy because it is all chemical (pure sugar is 100% natural)..however it is not proven yet...humans are not consuming artificial sweeteners long enough to see the long term effect on our bodies. If I were you, I try not to use any artificial sweeteners on anything. To gain/loose weight, eat only when hungry and that too not more than three times a day. Uncooked fruits/vegetables shud be taken with each meal to the extent of 50%. No food/drink other than water in between. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This activates ur body system to give u effective signals when u have had enough. |
