I am a diabetic type 2.Unfortunately ,I have a sweet tooth and can not take my coffee without artificial sweeteners such as Splenda. Some times I eat diet sweets such as chocolate. Try Stevia. It is an herb and as such most likely better than anything "artificial." Well it tastes nothing liek sugar that is for sure. But it is better than no 'sweet' at all. Splenda and Sweet n Low are the two popular ones. But in the end the all taste the same. I do not have diabetes but my granny does and she has a crazy sweet tooth. Every so often she has those chocolate bars and diabetic sweets and she is happy with it. They taste awful. Better to have no sweetener at all than any artificial sweetener. splenda is the best |
