Can artificial sweeteners cause weight gain in diabetics? |
Sweeteners like Splenda, Hermesetas, Aspartame sucralose (in splenda) is not able to be absorbed by your intestines. you may even experience some compensatory diarrhea with ingesting too much of these. No...they have no calories. There isn't anything in artificial sweetners that would cause weight gain, whether the person is diabetic or not. They have zero calories. But they say eating it makes you crave sweets and therefore the sweets that you eat from these cravings will be bad for you, stupid, huh? yes they have no calories.... but consult ur DOC for it |
