Sports drink with NO High Fructose Corn Syrup or artificial sweeteners? |
Does anyone know if a sports drink like this exists? Basically I need a sports drink because I play soccer and run alot but don't want one with HFCS or artificial sweeteners. Yes, I do drink water, but after 60 mins. of exercise the body needs more than just H20 or else it will eat away at your muscles. I'm looking for something I can buy in the store preferably. Thank you for your replies. Have you tried H2O? Check out http://www.enivamembers.com/188138 where you will find many sports nutritional supplements and drinks without the added artificial stuff, all natural products. Try h2o, apple cider vinegar and honey. Its loaded with potassium, other minerals, natural sugars and is very good for you. Google 'Bragg apple cider vinegar' and read some info on it. Also look into Aerobic Oxygen from goodforyou.ca - its an excellent endurance and health supplement. Ultimate Orange is another good endurance supplement. |
