How many people are anti-artificial sweeteners? |
Just wondering, because I chew about a pack and a half a day of orbit and Im going to see what happens if I stop if anything. Scientists aren't sure yet; but Aspartame may cause cancer. Also, using artificial sweeteners usually causes people not to know how much sugar is enough when they do eat natural sugar. Your body naturally knows how to gauge this; but artificial sweeteners may throw this off balance causing you to eat more sugar than usual. my 72 year old adopted mother uses it and my middle aged adopted brother uses it. orbit is chewing gum isnt it? Not an artificial sweetener? When at a restaraunt I use to packets of regular sugar and one artificial, becuase it is sweeter! Otherwise it is no big deal which you use. Some say sugar isn't good for you, but every body needs sugar. I'm against it, always have been. Previously because of the nasty flavor, but more recently mainly because it was conformed in a warehouse, not by nature! |
