Does aspartame ( artificial sweetener) really cause headaches and seizures?

Yes. It's poison. Your doctor can tell you if you have an allergy. I have had headaches and seizures that could be from aspartame. The reason I say could be is that I have some other brain issues, I might just have a weakness. Maybe not, but I say it's better to be safe than sorry. No more aspartame for me.

headaches
liver problems
cancer
very bad, rotten flatulence
seizures or muscle tremors
blurred vision
if these aren't enough, to certain people they can cause death.
