Has anyone ever heard of Tepezcohuite? It's a herb from Mexico supposed of curing all skin conditions?!?

I'm looking for a natural way to cleanse my skin and on ebay i found a soap bar called Tepezcohuite. I was wondering if anyone heard of it? Thanks.
