I want to prevent skin conditions that seem to occur often on me, can you help?

I'm recently ending up with a lot of boils in strange areas, one of these areas is my nipple. I am unsure of why they are coming about often like this and I want to know if there is something I can take (supplement) or something I could eat to help prevent boils. I am keeping clean and washing my clothes often. I also use a gentle astringent on them to lessen the swelling/pain.

It could be that you have an infection somewhere in your body, such as an abscessed tooth. You might want to talk to your doctor about the cause. Also, applying warm, moist heat, such as a warm washcloth, will help ease the pain and possibly get them to bust through a little faster.
