Skin Cancer...Help!???

What does skin cancer look like exactly?I have some bumps in the middle of my breast that are red and Idk if its skin cancer or a rash.I also have 5 red bumps going up one of my breast.It looks like its a zit but I dont think it is.Could this be skin cancer or just a rash.I am going to go to a dermo but Im just freaking out right now plz help!

Skin cancer takes on many appearances. I have had it three times in different areas. Mine are not the life threatening melanoma, but all can be serious if not treated.
A sore even if tiny that doesn't heal and bleeds. An irritation that doesn't go way. I had two little areas on my face that would not heal and bleed when I washed my face. One area on my shoulder that burned when the water hit it. All skin cancers. Had them removed.
Yours may be just clogged sweat glands or an irritation cause by your bra. but it is a good idea to get it checked. Better safe than sorry.

Don't go into panic mode honey, you will only make yourself feel worse.
Remember, a spot etc does not have to be malignant tissue just because it is sore.
First off go to your doctor who if it's necessary will arrange for you to have a mamograme, (x-ray) This will show precisely what you have okay.
Unless it grows to the size of an apple in one or two days just relax and try not to worry.
