My mom has Sjogren's Syndrome and is have a hard time finding some relief. Does anyone out there know of something that she can try to get relief from the horrible dry mouth? 1.Sipping water by carrying a water bottle around (but not too much water otherwise it causes more dryness). I used to smoke alot of weed and I got terrible dry mouth! I chewed bubble gum My mother suffered from this disease as well. They make mouthwashes & mouth sprays that help with this condition. She MUST increase her fluid intake as well. Give your mom lots of bottle water. Buy the small bottles lots of them. Tell her to keep away from tap water. There's is a new drink out called aloe drink ask her doctor if she could drink this aloe drink juice. I wish your mom the best. Good Luck. |
