I was recently diagnosed with Sjogren's Syndrome. Does anyone have any information to share?

Sjogrens foundation has great literature....it's called moisture seaker. There is a cost as the money goes to research. you can get it at the previous website the last person put on your page. Don't eat spicy food, acidic food, drink alchohol, cut out sodium and drink lot's of water.....yeah i know shoot me now..you will get used to it...everything in moderation.
