Anyone have Sjogren's Syndrome?

Am finding it difficult to get people to understand this condition. Any advice?

I meant to say, I have both primary & secondary sjogren's.

I myself don't have it, but I know someone who does. It's just extreme dryness right? And that it affects every part of your body that naturally produces some kind of "liquid". Like your mouth and eyes, and other more "intimate" areas. Maybe I have it wrong, but it seems pretty simple.
