Can Sinusitis cause pressure in head?

Recently i've been having a feeling of pressure behind my left eye and cheekbone, I went to a doctor about it and she said it was sinusitis. A couple of days ago I started getting a feeling of pressure over the top left side of my head, does anyone know if sinusitis can cause this?

Have you had your blood pressure tested.?
In many case the symptoms can be the same.
You would need to have scans before a doctor can give you a correct diagnosis on sinusitis.Otherwise they are only guessing.

Tp, most likely. I've had areas of mt head feel like it was being squeezed in a vise when I had sinus infections. The eye area gets lots pressure feeling an ear areas thob or ache. Good thing you saw the Dr. Smokeing isn't good for sinus suffers.

Sounds like a sinus problem to me, there is many sinus cavities in your head, blockage is often caused by infection, could need an antibiotic, after a cold or flu is common, a chemist or your doctor could suggest a spray to help clear it.
A saline wash called Neilmed is very good, when you buy it you get the powder to make up the saline and a bottle applicator.
If you are already on an antibiotic have patience, it can take weeks to clear up.

I has really bad sinusitis a few months ago and my sinuses were so compacted that my face was swollen and extremely painful to touch. The hospital actually put me on percocet.
